Payment & Shipment
< How to order >
To add item to your cart, simply click "add to cart" on products page. Then click “view cart” and proceed to “cart contents”. Here you can check the shipping fee, calculated automatically based on your location. On the next page, you are asked if you’re a returning customer. Retuning customers can log in by entering their email address and password, then you can skip some steps to purchase. New customers can also choose to purchase as a guest. After completing payment, our system automatically send you a confirmation by e-mail. Once the item is shipped, we send you an e-mail with trucking number.
< Shipping >
Items are usually dispatched in two business days after we receive your order.
(We open from Monday to Friday, close on Saturday, Sunday and Japanese public holidays. In any other case, we’ll put up a notice on the top page)
Customers in Japan - Orders are sent via Yu-Pack provided by Japanese Post. The domestic shipping is at a flat rate of JPY 700. We dispatch from Aichi Pref. in the middle of Japan. Allow 1-3 business days for delivery.
International customers - We offer two ways of delivery methods at the moment.
1. Economy Air (Certain countries only. Resistered SAL) Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
2. EMS (Express Mail Service which is fully insured with a tracking number). Please allow 3 to 10 days for delivery.
Shipping fee varies depending on weight and destination. It's automatically calculated and added to your total at the cart.
・If you purchase more than two items in the same cart, the shipping fee is more likely to be calculated higher than the actual cost. We will refund the difference if there is. In case the actual shipping fee becomes higher than the automated calculation, which is pretty rare and unlikely, we will contact you by e-mail before proceeding the order.
< Payment >
For international customers, we accept credit cards and Paypal. We also offer bank transfer as the other payment methods for customers in Japan.
< Taxes and VAT >
Consumption tax (for the customers in Japan only) is not included in the price.
International customers are responsible for all fees, VAT, taxes, and customs duties associated with shipping to the respective countries. Those fees are not included in the price of your order.
< Currency >
The payment will be in Japanese yen. You can check how much it is in your familiar currency approximately by clicking the currency icon on the top of the page. There are US Dollars, Euro, GBP, and CNY. We adjust the exchange rate constantly, almost everyweek, but please note it’s not exactly equivalent.
< Cancellation >
We accept cancellation only before we dispatch order. Please contact us by e-mail.
< Returns and Exchanges >
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Please open the package immediately after receipt. If goods are damaged, please make a claim to the mail service and let us know as we need to undertake an inquiry as well.
All requests for refunds or exchanges must be submitted by e-mail within 7 days after you receive the goods. When you ship items back to us, please make sure items are in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrives with breakage or damage.
Because of the nature of the items, handmade items might not be exchangeable.
< Refunds >
We’ll cancel the payment with your credit card and Paypal promptly after we receive your returning goods.
< Notes >
・From the perspective of protecting the environment, we might pack your order with recycled cardboard box and newspapers.
・We don’t offer gift wrap services for the time being.
